Ready Stock 

For products on our web store that have a ready stock, we will be shipping the item(s) out within 7 days. Made to order products will require a production period of 14 days and 21 days for footwear. Shipping payment options will be made known at checkout. 

Packaging

Effective October 2022, all items purchased through the online store will be packaged in our BEHATI Blue Box or BEHATI Garment Bag. Items will packaged according to the capacity of a single box. Should the capacity have reached its limit for a single box, the remaining pieces will be packaged in a separate box. 

Lost Items

Once an order is fulfilled from our end, the customer will receive a shipping tracking code via email or personal text. Beyond this point, the responsibility is held by the courier service. Kindly note that BEHATI will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of delivery. Shipping insurance is available at an additional cost if required. Kindly contact us at salam@behati.co for further inquiries regarding the shipping insurance. 


Pre Order

For products that are labelled as pre-order, processing period will be stated on their respective listings. As soon as the pre-order item is ready, we will be shipping them out. We work with third party shipment companies. Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed into store credit to be used on your next purchase with us. Store credits will be given according to the price of the refunded item. There are no cash refunds.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (price cuts, discount codes) cannot be refunded. 


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item of another colour or size, send us an email at salam@behati.co

After approval, you may send your item to: NO 321, JALAN SS2/2, 47300 PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR, MALAYSIA. 


Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 


Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: NO 321, JALAN SS2/2, 47300 PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR, MALAYSIA. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Additional Shipping Charges

Under the circumstances that the following charges are implemented upon delivery, kindly note that the costs will have to be bared between the courier and the recipient.

  • Parcel handling-related charges
  • Tax & duty-related charges
