YA-KWA (200g +-)

Translated as ‘dried duck’, the traditional Bakkwa is made with dried duck meat. Duck brings a gamey, deep flavour to a simple jerky with a snappy bite, the ya-kwa are glazed with local, raw honey and seasoned to balanced. 

No preservatives and best consumed within 3-4 days, and stored in chiller for longer preservation up to a week.
